GMP, PPE, LOTO.Changeover and Proper Sanitation of Equipment  Chopper Operator Responsibilities: Can safely lift up to 50lbsUnderstands and can explain the theory of operationStages and verifies correct raw materials for batch making processFollows batch sheets and batch making SOP as directedOperates equipment as directed from the standard operating procedureCompletes all required paperworkFollows all Safety rules and regulations. GMP, PPE, LOTO.Changeover and Proper Sanitation of Equipment  Flavor Technician Responsibilities: Can safely lift up to 50lbsUnderstands and can explain the theory of operationStages and verifies correct raw materials for batch making processFollows batch sheets and batch making SOP as directedChecks moisture using moisture analyzer when required.Operates equipment as directed from the standard operating procedureCompletes all required paperworkFollows all Safety rules and regulations. GMP, PPE, LOTO.Changeover and Proper Sanitation of EquipmentJob Requirements: Ability to safely and successful perform the essential job functions consistent with qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standardsAbility to lift and carry up to 50 poundsMust be able to stand for periods longer than two hoursHigh School Diploma or equivalent
