Responsibilities include production floor support activities such as stocking materials, obtaining samples, changing filters, and labeling/packaging finished goods. The Operator also prepares tanks for production batches, performs compounding and transfer operations, and loads/unloads bulk materials. Housekeeping duties are also required. This role works under the direction and supervision of more experienced operations team members. The pay is $22.66 and there is a $2/hr. shift differential. This role will be 2nd Shift, 2:45-11:00 pm, M-F.  Do you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where your work makes a real impact? As a key member of our production team, you will: + Operate a variety of equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to efficiently move materials throughout the production facility. + Prepare and package finished products, ensuring they meet our strict quality standards. + Play an active role in the production process by preparing tanks, transferring materials, and monitoring compounding operations. + Contribute to a safe and efficient work environment by adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean workspace. + Collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals who are committed to excellence. Qualifications + High School Diploma or GED equivalent, or 3+ years of relevant manufacturing experience. + Forklift experience is a plus. + Strong commitment to safety and quality. + Excellent teamwork and communication skills. + Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn. + 1-2 years of chemical manufacturing experience preferred. Additional Information Physical Requirements: + Movement: May require the ability to stand/walk for up to 80% of your shift, with frequent pushing, pulling, bending, reaching, and squatting 50% of the time. + Lifting: May require the ability to lift up to 50 pounds 50% of your shift. + Environment: May require being comfortable working in an environment with varying temperatures.
