Present, and on time, for the start of each scheduled shift, to ensure critical communications. Desire to learn new things in a highly dynamic, fast paced, work environment. Have a tolerance for environmental changes, (heat and cold applicable) while completing physical, and manual, tasks daily. An understanding of a "Safety First" manufacturing culture. We do not take risks that endanger ourselves, or others. High level of self-awareness and surroundings. A basic understanding of 5S, Housekeeping priorities, and their importance to Safety. Ability to operate within documenting systems such as Microsoft Excel. Aptitude in Citect systems and an understanding of HMI interactions a plus. Knowledge and ability to work within a system, following instructions/direction, and documenting critical processes. Ability to think in succession of events happening, and great attention to detail. Aptitude to work in an environment with several inherent hazards that come with working in the chemical industry. Contributes positively with ideas, and innovations, that will help our team be successful and make improvements.
