production operator 3rd shift.
Job details To assemble finished product using sub-assemblies, parts, and fasteners, and pack in designated
carton according to customer specification sheet and company policies. The position incumbent
trims and assembles golf bags from component parts and tanks from the blow molding machine
ensuring all quality standards are met. Operators move into different job assignments throughout ... the shift. Changing assignments with variable periodically on the machinery and equipment
according to the requirements for a smooth production flow.

Responsibilities:
1. Check machine readings from air pressure, gauges and record data on machine record
sheets.
2. Check products with visual aid and manual gauging per Operation Procedures.
3. Load and unload products from machines.
4. Verifies with the documentation on the production line to determine required assembly,
exterior finish on product, and any special requirements.
5. Checks stock bins for adequate supplies of sub-assemblies, parts, and fasteners for the
particular production part. Check for designated carton pack and labeling. Notifies the
Supervisor if shortage exists or incorrect parts are in bins.
6. Uses some precision hand tools and small power tools (electric screwdrivers, calipers,
gauges, rivet machines, etc.) along with loading automated machines.
7. Checks operating controls and safety stops on machine. Checks power and hand tools for
correct operation.
8. Packs finished product into designated carton for shipment to customers.
9. Complete all documentation required for the processes where working.
10. Performs duties which require lifting, moving, loading and unloading material with pallet
jack or forklift.
11. Requires excellent housekeeping skills by maintaining work area in a clean and orderly
condition.
12. Control the automated process and temperature for making products.
13. Check the quality of the prepared product and document the exact results at definite times
of production process.
14. Trimming flashing from the plastic fuel tank.
15. Attach subcomponents to the product.
16. Notify supervisor regarding excessive number of defective or damaged parts.
17. Participate in group meetings to exchange any job-related information.
18. Ensure compliance with all corporate policies and the Occupational Safety and Health
Administration (OSHA) rules while conducting work functions.
19. Wear required approved company uniform and required personal protective equipment.
20. Support and comply with all company policies, procedures, standards (6S, SHEMS, etc.),
through compliance, improvement and preventive measures.
21. Perform related tasks as needed.

Working hours: 12:00 AM - 8:30 AM

High School

High school diploma from an accredited institution or GED required.
