Production operators **Location:** Mundelein, IL + 1st Shift: (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) + 2nd Shift: (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM) **Key Responsibilities:** + Properly hang and arrange metal parts on racks or conveyors according to specifications + Ensure correct part orientation and spacing for optimal paint coverage + Identify and follow job travelers, part numbers, and work orders + Inspect and clean hangers and hooks; replace worn or damaged ones + Work collaboratively with paint line operators, loaders, and quality inspectors + Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area **Qualifications:** + Previous experience on a paint line or in a manufacturing environment preferred + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods + Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment + Basic reading and math skills + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality + Willingness to follow safety procedures and company policies contact Adriana Vargas if intrested to start ASAP **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
