**Growing manufacturing company in** **Brighton CO** **is hiring** **production operators** **to join their team!** **$23-25/HR + Overtime Opportunities!** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated **Heavy Manufacturing Production Workers** to join our team. Your responsibilities will include: + Running a mixing machine and packaging caulk into tubes for commercial use + Handling 5-gallon drums that can weigh between 40-50 lbs each + Mixing pre-formulated chemicals into a large drum + This job is physically demanding and requires a high degree of cleanliness, including being **clean-shaven due to the occasional need to wear a respirator.** **Shift and Pay: 2-2-3 Schedule (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on)** + 1st: 5:00am-5:30pm ($23/hr) + **3rd: 5:00pm - 5:30am** **($25/hr)** + **Will be required to work every other weekend** + Training will be provided from 8am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday for the first week. **Hard Skills** + experience in heavy manufacturing/production or construction/labor + ability to handle 40-50 lb drums + knowledge of mixing pre-formulated chemicals + experience with packaging machines + physical fitness + attention to cleanliness + adaptability to rotating shift schedules **Job Type** This is a **Contract-to-Hire** position with a duration of **6 Month(s).** **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in **Brighton, Colorado.** **Work Environment** **This is a physically demanding role in a manufacturing facility that requires handling heavy equipment and maintaining cleanliness.
