What We Offer: Multiple shifts available First Shift Second Shift Third Shift Starting pay of $13 to 13.50 per hour Health benefits, including telehealth medical services Opportunity for advancement What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or GED required Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience Capability of working in non-temperature-controlled environments and standing for extended periods Ability to lift from 26 to 50 lbs Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed What You’ll Do as a Production Associate: Conduct pre-shift exercises and stretching routines Follow safety protocols and procedures diligently Operate machinery or perform manual tasks to manufacture parts according to standard procedure Ensure all work meets and maintains quality standard Adhere to packaging and labeling guidelines for each product Identify and report defects or issues, including machinery malfunctions, to supervisors Keep the work area clean and organized Comply with ISO 14001 and TS-16949 standard Collaborate effectively with team members and management. Transport materials as needed Utilize the SAP system proficiently Complete additional tasks as assigned
