**Location:** Brighton, CO **Shift:** + **Day Shift:** 5 AM – 5:30 PM on a 2,2,3 schedule (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on) – must be willing to work every other weekend + **Night Shift:** 5 PM – 5:30 AM on a 2,2,3 schedule (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on) – must be willing to work every other weekend **Pay:** $23-25/hr **Responsibilities:** + Operate and monitor automated machinery to ensure efficient production of commercial caulking. + Troubleshoot and make adjustments to machinery as needed. + Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal machine performance. + Maintain accurate production records and reports. + Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times. + Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. + This job is physically demanding and requires a high degree of cleanliness, including being **clean-shaven every day due to the occasional need to wear a respirator.** **Requirements:** + Previous experience working with automated machinery preferred. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. + Must be able to wear a respirator (must be clean-shaven EVERY SHIFT). + Must pass a post-offer, pre-employment physical exam. + Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. + Ability to work overnight shifts on a 2,2,3 schedule, including every other weekend. + Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. + Ability to work overtime. **Benefits:** + Weekly pay + Health, dental, and vision insurance + Retirement savings plan + Paid sick time + Opportunities for career advancement **Why Join Us?** + Competitive pay rate + Ample opportunities for overtime + Career growth and advancement opportunities + Work in a supportive and dynamic team environment **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
