Major responsibilities could include:

Operate and monitor various food processing equipment and forklifts Fill out paperwork related to run times, product types, tank levels, and production summaries Take samples of product to ensure quality standards are met Perform and lead daily, weekly, and monthly sanitation for your assigned area Performs other duties as assigned
