**Job Title: Production Operator** **Job Description** - Operate a variety of production machines (stamping and welding). - Follow written instructions to determine production requirements and part specifications as displayed on scheduling boards and work standard sheets. - Secondary sources of information include, but are not limited to, oral instructions from supervisors and/or other employees. - Manually load parts or blanks into machine and place parts into inventory baskets. There are 30 total openings: - 1st shift (6AM-2PM) - 2nd shift (2PM-10PM) - 3rd shift (10PM-6AM). Candidates will be expected to work 6 days (about 48 hours per week). We are looking for process-oriented candidates that are quality-driven, attentive to detail, and prefer a structured working environment to manufacture parts for the automotive industry. **Hard Skills** + Machine operation (stamping and welding) + Following written and oral instructions + Manual loading of parts **Soft Skills** + Attention to detail + Quality-driven + Process-oriented **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Grand Ledge, Michigan. **Work Environment** 125 employees, large stamping and welding assembly plant in Grand Ledge, MI. A leading North American supplier of structural automotive components and assemblies.
