If you're passionate about hands-on work and enjoy being part of a team that values quality and innovation, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! **What You’ll Do:** - Perform hand soldering, manual assembly, and operate semiautomatic or automated assembly equipment. - Set up and operate automated test equipment and functional test units. - Inspect and repair products to ensure top-notch quality. - Use visual aids, wiring lists, and both verbal and written instructions to guide your work. - Inspect component parts before assembly, rejecting any that don’t meet our high standards. - Work in a High Mix Low Volume (HMLV) operation model, where you'll switch between different tasks or products as needed. **What We’re Looking For:** - Expertise: Knowledge of product quality, soldering specifications, and manufacturing information systems. - Problem-Solving: Ability to recognize and communicate issues in the operation process. - Quality Focus: Commitment to producing high-quality products within set timeframes. - Flexibility: Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. **Physical Requirements:** - Work in a manufacturing environment with occasional exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, and temperature extremes. - Engage in light physical activity, including repetitive motions requiring manual dexterity and precise hand/eye coordination. - Be prepared to sit or stand for extended periods and handle materials as needed. **Experience:** 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred. **Why Apply?** At PDS Tech Commercial, Inc., we value experience and offer competitive pay that reflects your skills and expertise.
