The Role
Join us in our commitment to excellence and precision as we contribute to various industries such as electronics, medical research, renewable energy, and infrastructure. As a valued member of our team, your mission is to fabricate, maintain, and repair component parts and products with unparalleled precision and reliability.
Main Responsibilities:You will fabricate, maintain, and repair component parts and products with precision and attention to detail.You will assemble fabricated parts and components at floor stations according to required specifications, including layout, sub-panel layout, component installation, wiring, and complete panel assembly.You will test and calibrate parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications, and conduct thorough testing of control panels after assembly.You will identify units that fail test/tolerance levels and repair them, ensuring optimal performance and client satisfaction.You will transport fabricated parts and assemblies to designated locations within the facility.You will complete required paperwork and documents accurately, including loading programs into controllers and assigning serial numbers to panels.You will perform accurate measurements in the assembly process and ensure compliance with industrial electrical and wiring codes.You will maintain a clean and tidy work area and follow established safety procedures and wear required safety equipment.You will support in maintaining and improving the Quality Management System (QMS) and ISO 9001 certification.You will collaborate with other departments such as Production Supervisor, Operations, Engineering, and Assembly to ensure efficient workflow and quality assurance.You will support in the maintaining and improving the QMS and ISO 9001 certification.You will support in maintaining best safety practices.You will support production as needed by the Production Manager and Production SupervisorsWhat you can expect from us?

You have 1 or more years of experience in assembly of fabricated and component parts and products.
You have a high school diploma or equivalent.
You have mechanical ability and knowledge of assembly processes
You have forklift experience.
You can read and use measuring tools.
You can manually lift up to 50lbs or utilize power lifting equipment to assemble and transport assemblies.
You are fluent in English, as this is our internal language.
