GENERAL DUTIES:  Operate equipment safely and efficiently to achieve production goals that satisfy the customer. Attend Daily Shift Meetings. Understand and follow standardized work at all positions assigned. Stay informed of quality issues and opportunities as it relates to position and/or department. Complete all other duties and tasks as assigned by management. Competitive Pay Direct Hire within 90 days  SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
All Shifts Require Mandatory Overtime and the ability to work up to 7 days a week. Produce quality parts to standards. Become part of an autonomous GAP that employs FES principles to achieve Production Goals that satisfy the customer. Always work to achieve targets: 100% production efficiency. Stay informed of quality issues and opportunities as it relates to position and/or department. Work all Shifts assigned. Complete all other duties and tasks as assigned by management Understand and follow standardized work at all positions assigned. Function in the assembly production area and meet all targets. Follow self-inspection criteria to ensure that quality parts are being produced. Maintain a visual check of parts produced to note obvious defects, ensure quality criteria are met. Follow all safety procedures Follow proper dress code regulations Maintain good 5S standards throughout the plant Use the proper line of communication to solve issues. (GAP Leader – Supervisor – UAP Manager) Be courteous and respectful to all employees including new hires and temporaries.
