In a 28 day period of time there are 14 working days and 14 days off. THE POSITION

Demonstrate awareness and concern for the safety of self and others thru adherence of safety policies and proceduresMaintain consistent and on time attendanceOperate production equipment and adhere to quality proceduresUse/read hose specification & measuring equipment as required (micrometers, calipers and testing equipment)Record and maintain production data in accordance with specifications and quality policies.Assist in maintenance of tooling and equipmentAttention to detail, meeting and/or exceed quality standards in workIdentify and solve production problems to improve process and product flowRecommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and safetyActively participate in team meetings and activitiesValue teamwork and demonstrate skills necessary to be an effective team memberFlexible and creative with enthusiasm for change and high commitment levelRequired to maintain certifications of plant safetyRequired to learn and maintain multiple job certifications and perform a variety of tasksSelf-­motivated/high energy with passion for quality workmanshipGood verbal and written communication skillsOther duties as necessaryQualifying applicants will be required to successfully pass a phone interview, interview and additional pre-hire checks before hire.

Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Must be 18 years oldAble to Lift 25 to 50 lbs.Willing to work every other weekend and either 12 hour rotating shifts (days to nights), or straight 12 hour night shiftsLegal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
