The Thermal Technician operates equipment, follows daily production plans, performs basic maintenance, and ensures quality and safety standards. The role focuses on producing catalyst carriers, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and adhering to safety regulations. The technician will communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth shift transitions and meet production goals.

Operate and monitor the kiln, load/unload materials, and maintain records. Execute production plans, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. Perform process and quality checks, maintain records, and follow safety procedures. Perform basic maintenance tasks and troubleshoot equipment issues. Participate in WCM activities like KPI reporting and problem-solving. Coordinate effectively with supervisors and coworkers to ensure smooth operations.
