**Job Posting: Production Operator** **Location: Manassas, VA** **Job Description:** We are hiring a **Production Operator** for a local client in Manassas, VA. This **3-month temp-to-hire** role offers a great opportunity to join a collaborative and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will assist with all aspects of production processes, focusing on quality, documentation, and teamwork. **Responsibilities:** · Assist in all aspects of production processes, following established guidelines and instructions. · Maintain accurate documentation of batch records in real-time. · Perform daily calibrations on equipment such as scales. · Load products, wrappers, and/or bags onto equipment and monitor for abnormalities or defects. · Escalate quality concerns and adhere to quality control standards. · Move products between areas using carts, totes, drums, or pallets. · Clean and sanitize work areas during product changeovers per batch records. · Prepare products, boxes, wrappers, and ingredients as required. · Load boxes onto pallets and relocate pallets as needed. · Maintain a clean and organized workspace during production. · Log daily activities in provided logbooks. **Qualifications, Education and Experience:** + High school diploma or GED. + 1-3 months of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. **Skills:** · Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division). · Ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions in various formats (written, oral, diagrams). · Strong attention to detail and adherence to processes. **Work Environment:** · Exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, vibrations, and occasional risks such as extreme heat or chemicals. · Loud noise levels typical of a manufacturing environment. · Physical Demands: · Regularly lift and/or move up to 40 lbs, occasionally up to 1000 lbs with assistance. · Frequent standing, reaching, handling, climbing, and occasional stooping, kneeling, or crawling. **Position Details:** · **Pay Rate:** $ 20.90/hour · **Schedule:** 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM · **Rotating Shift:** 4 days on, 3 days off; 3 days on, 4 days off. · Must be available to work any day of the week. · **Assignment Type:** 3-month temp-to-hire · **Location Type:** Onsite Adecco provides one of the most comprehensive benefits packages in the industry to contract workers.
