Production Operator
Adecco Staffing is hiring for Production Operators on 1st Shift! This is a temp to hire role in South Grafton, MA. **Hours/Days:** 7:00AM-7:00PM, Monday-Thursday with optional OT on Fridays **Pay:** $20.50/hr **Job Summary:** The Extrusion Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining extrusion equipment to produce high-quality products. This role ensures the extrusion process runs smoothly, monitors product quality, and performs routine maintenance to keep machines in optimal condition. **Responsibilities** + Set up and operate extrusion machines, adjusting settings based on product requirements. + Monitor production to ensure quality standards are met and make necessary adjustments. + Perform regular quality checks and resolve minor operational issues to minimize downtime. + Conduct routine maintenance such as cleaning, lubrication, and part replacement. + Maintain accurate production records and collaborate with the team to ensure steady material flow. + Follow safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. + Assist in training new team members on equipment operation and maintenance. **Requirements:** + High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications in machine operation and maintenance is a plus + Proven experience as an Extrusion Machine Operator or in a related manufacturing role + Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to understand and operate complex machinery + Knowledge of extrusion processes, equipment, and procedures **INTERESTED?
