The Production Operator will be responsible for providing the products in the requested quantity, quality and time limit based on the orientations set by the shift leader / team leader.

工作目标：按照GMP/HSE规范要求保质保量完成生产任务。

工作职责：

按照订单安排、标准操作流程进行操作，生产一次性药用储液袋系列产品，按照公司质量标准和生产计划完成生产任务，达成生产KPI遵循GMP/HSE规范、批记录记录、标准操作规程要求，正确阅读理解生产指令、计划和图纸按要求完成培训，真实正确填写批生产记录和其他相关文件能够识别并描述生产过程中的异常情况，并及时汇报给生产负责人具备安全生产责任意识，了解生产相关的风险及其对客户的影响，积极发现隐患并提出合理化建议，避免质量和安全事故发生执行工作环境5S，并严格按照相关清洁操作程序进行清洁操作为持续改进KPI指标，在生产线寻找改进机会完成上级领导安排的其他工作

任职资质及要求：

中专/技校及以上学历，具有阅读、理解、书写和运算能力，书写工整、字迹清晰良好的语言表达能力，能够进行基本的工作交流和汇报无不良嗜好，能够根据公司要求搞好个人卫生爱岗敬业，勇于创新勤奋、严谨、守时具有团队精神与合作意识注意力集中，确保工作有条不紊身体素质良好，能够适应一定强度的体力劳动积极配合生产需要，可接受倒班工作安排具有药品制剂生产企业经验优先考虑
