**Job Title: Production Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join our team. This role involves maintaining inventory records, performing in-process tests, recognizing equipment malfunctions, and ensuring production meets required specifications. The ideal candidate will follow established procedures to accomplish tasks and maintain accurate records and data sheets. **Responsibilities** + Maintain inventory records of raw materials used in manufacturing and keep accurate and up-to-date records and data sheets on materials in process. + Perform in-process tests to ensure production meets required specifications, such as hardness, weight, variation, pH, and moisture content. + Recognize equipment malfunctions and product deficiencies, and troubleshoot errors to achieve optimal production. + Follow blueprints, subassembly layouts, and schematics. + Maintain running accounts of orders received, work completed, and inventory. + Match workload, manning, and equipment capacity to existing inventory. + Prepare and monitor master schedules by coordinating activities with materials planning, production, and maintenance personnel. + Requisition materials after determining delivery dates. **Essential Skills** + Basic job skills and understanding of company policies and procedures. + Ability to follow established procedures to accomplish tasks. + Competence in recognizing equipment malfunctions and product deficiencies. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + No prior relevant training or work experience required. + Ability to perform routine duties and tasks. **Why Work Here?** Join our team and grow within a very large production facility.
