Job Description
The individual will be working in a brake facility, ensuring all specifications are met. They will be responsible for final inspection at the end of the machine process. The parts are automatically processed and drilled to spec by the machine, and the production operator inspects each brake disc for any flash, scratches, dents, or chips. They will also perform spot checks with micrometers and calipers to ensure the machine outputs the proper product. Once inspected and approved, the parts are loaded for delivery. Each operator will inspect and load 25-30 parts per hour. Candidates must be flexible for 2nd and 3rd shifts as needed.

Work Environment
The work environment is in a cast iron foundry, which can be somewhat dirty, dark, and loud with heavy lifting involved. The facility is fast-paced with a strong sense of urgency. Technologies used include propane tanks, sit-down forklifts, and mold machines.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.13 - $23.13
