**Job Title: Production Operator**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory records, performing in-process tests, and ensuring production meets required specifications. This role involves following blueprints, maintaining running accounts of orders, and preparing master schedules.
**Responsibilities**
+ Maintain inventory records of raw materials used in manufacturing.
+ Keep accurate and up-to-date records and data sheets on materials in process.
+ Perform in-process tests to ensure production meets required specifications.
+ Recognize equipment malfunctions or product deficiencies and troubleshoot errors.
+ Follow blueprints, subassembly layouts, and schematics.
+ Maintain running accounts of orders received, work completed, and inventory.
+ Match workload, manning, and equipment capacity to existing inventory.
+ Prepare and monitor master schedules by coordinating with materials planning, production, and maintenance personnel.
+ Requisition materials after determining delivery dates.
**Essential Skills**
+ Basic job skills in production operations.
+ Ability to follow established procedures to accomplish tasks.
+ Competency in recognizing and troubleshooting equipment malfunctions.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Little or no prior relevant training or work experience required.
+ Ability to follow blueprints and schematics.
