Temp-to-Hire position$20.00 /hourFull Time work availableSecond Shift (Monday through Friday from 03:00pm to 11:30pm)Production team member to work in a process production environment operating and maintaining multiple machines at one time.Start up machines, repair thread breaks as necessary, Inspect bobbins to ensure no long tails are packed out; trim long tails if found. Make corrections to bobbin dimensions as needed. Seal full boxes of bobbins. Place full boxes in case. Put labels on individual boxes and cases. Using printers, print case and box labels. Clean thread from machines. Remove empty spools of in-process material. Put empty spool on storage pallet. Put full case of bobbins on production pallet. Record on production report.Production Operator Qualifications:
Minimum of high school education. Some college or vocational training preferred but not necessary.Able to train for 1st 60-90 days working 1st shift, then move to second shift.Ability to move product weighing up to 200 pounds using hand trucks, carts, or dollies.Must have good math skills.Individual must be willing to work overtime if necessary.Must be self-motivated, & have strong reasoning / problem-solving abilities.Must be a detail-oriented individual, & be able to handle multiple tasks at once.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
