You'll be responsible for operating machinery, handling materials, and ensuring the quality of specialty metals produced for the aerospace and defense industries. This role demands a high level of attention to detail, safety, and a commitment to continuous improvement. **Responsibilities** + Operate forklifts and overhead cranes daily to move and manage materials. + Operate machines for the finishing work of specialty steel. + Complete training in all operating departments for the first 6 months. + Work at three different sites: Monaca, Rochester, and a third site. + Perform finishing work at MRZ locations. **Essential Skills** + Ability to pass entry-level skills testing. + Capability to work rotating 12-hour shifts. + Willingness to work at three different sites: Monaca, Rochester, and a third site. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High school diploma or GED. + Previous experience in steel manufacturing is preferred but not required. + Skills in production, machine operation, general labor, general production, assembly, and forklift operation. **Why Work Here?** We offer incredible benefits, including medical, dental, and vision plans with low premiums.
