SALARY:
The current pay range for this position is $45,760 - $52,000 annually. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon, but may not be limited to, the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and applicable laws.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Production Operator is responsible for repackaging different chemicals, mixing batches of keeping their assigned areas clean and any other tasks as assigned. Candidate will be required to operate a forklift.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Production Operator is responsible for all activities in the repack, liquid, and powder room. These duties include but are not limited to:
Blending wet and dry chemicals, following SOPs, and packaging products.Ensuring that employees are working safely in the area.Cross-training in all other departments.Repacking chemicals from totes/drums into pails and casesHelping to control inventory by ensuring accurate posting of batches and assisting with inventory cycle counting.Operating a forklift.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Physical Requirements: This is a very physical position. Incumbent must be able to stand on his/her feet all day, moving, lifting. Must be able to lift up to 50-75 pounds frequently and throughout the day. Incumbent must wear PPE including Chemical Splash Goggles, coveralls, gloves and steel toed shoes.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $42,225.00 and $59,115.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
