**Job Title: Production Operator** **Job Description** Takumi stamping produces small metal parts for Toyota vehicles using large stamping presses, small machine welding stations, and production lines. As a Production Operator, you will work alongside a machine to perform a simple 1 to 2 step process. This involves placing a small part onto another, pressing a button to initiate a process, and repeating the steps. **Responsibilities** + Operate welding or press machines + Follow simple diagrams to execute processes + Ensure high attention to detail and safety + Stand for 10+ hours + Maintain high levels of initiative and attendance + Communicate effectively and stay organized **Essential Skills** + Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or production environments + Machine operation skills + Ability to assemble, select orders, handle inventory, and operate pallet jacks + General labor skills including packing, loading, and material handling **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to stand on feet for 10+ hours a day + Capability to lift 30+ lbs repeatedly + Experience in a fast-paced environment + Ability to lift over head repeatedly **Why Work Here?** We offer a great culture that is family-oriented and celebrates birthdays and other occasions. Although you will have your own station, you will never be fully alone. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Antonio, Texas. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $15.50 - $16.28/hr.
