Job Purpose **Production Operators** Come join our team at **Mitsubishi Chemical Group Polyester Film Division** , a manufacturer recognized as a global and innovative leader in the industry as well as one of the largest suppliers of polyester (PET) film in the world. Starting pay is $23.40 with open progression up to $32.30 depending upon your job certification and job assignment. Principal Accountabilities **Job Responsibilities:** + Process quality film safely in a manufacturing work environment following established processes and procedures. + Certify and learn job according to training documentation and certify to required level. Knowledge / Skills / Experience + High School diploma or GED from a school accredited by the U.S. Department of Education or state/country of residence + Must be able to pass on-the-job training requirements which may include physical – lifting, pushing and pulling, computer-based safety training, and forklift training. + Must be dependable and able to work in team-based environment. + Good written and verbal communication skills. + Must have a strong desire to learn and progress within a manufacturing environment. + Computer skills + Must be able to pass post-offer onboarding requirements which include: hair and urine drug screen, background check, pre-employment physical exams + Able to work 12 hour rotating shifts which include 4 days on/4 days off and 4 weeks on day shift/4 weeks on night shift. + Must be able to legally work in the United States without sponsorship + Must be 18 years of age or older Pay Transparency (complete highlighted sections) + **Starting pay is $23.40 with open progression up to $32.30 depending upon your job certification and job assignment.
