**Job Title: Production Associate** **Job Description** We are hiring for Production Team Members across all shifts! This role involves safely operating equipment and handling fabricated glass products for various customers and applications. You will operate manufacturing equipment, place glass into machinery, and package final products for customer delivery. **Responsibilities** + Safely operate equipment and handle fabricated glass products. + Place glass into machinery and package final products for delivery. + Ensure each customer order is completed in a safe and timely manner. + Visually inspect and detect defects in products. + Relate effectively to employees at all levels and handle unique situations sensitively. **Essential Skills** + Manufacturing work experience. + Experience as a Machine Operator, Production Operator, Assembler, Quality Inspector, Robot Operator, or Forklift Operator. + Ability to lift 35-70 pounds consistently throughout the shift.
