We are seeking a diligent and skilled Production Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating various machinery and ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Work Environment
Our work environment is clean, organized, and not temperature-controlled but stays cool enough during summer. We offer three shifts: 1st Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm, 2nd Shift: 3:00pm-11:30pm, and 3rd Shift: 11:00pm-7:30am. Overtime is optional and available on a first-come, first-serve basis, offered both before and after shifts, as well as on weekends.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Marion, Iowa.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $16.25/hr.
