Production Supervisor
Your role and responsibilitiesEntry level. Simple assembly work.Conducts all types of assembly work to produce a semi-finished or final products/systems/panels, including the packing where integrated with production lines. Work is typically done manually or by using light hand tools.The job may include regular quality testing as part of a defined production process. Skill set required depends on type of products and level of complexity.Conducts shop floor operation in compliance with health & safety guidelines and reports any non-compliance.Operates within standard operating procedures and maintains a clean work area.Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues, and the business.
Qualifications for the roleHigh school diploma or GEDStrong organizational ability with keen attention to detailBe self-motivated and willing to challenge yourself to develop your talents and skill setsStrong communication skills both written and oral/excellent team playerTask and detail oriented; manage time with minimal supervision.Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
