How you will make contributions that matter:

As a Production Operator/ Pasteurizer in the Sungold Fresh Milk plant, you’ll report to the Shift Supervisor and work closely with the team to ensure smooth and efficient plant operations. Your contributions will support in ensuring the delivery of product to the highest standards of quality and safety.

 Key Responsibilities:

Promote and ensure a safe working environment.Operate automated production equipment.Perform production line set ups and change overs for difference product runsMaintain a hygienic workplace by adhering to Food Safety & GMP standardsPerform regular quality and food safety checks in adherence to company protocolsMaintain records of production data and report any issues to supervisors promptlyWork within a team environment to achieve production targets whilst maintaining an organised work environment.Support in troubleshooting of equipment to minimise downtime

 About You:

Flexible, able to work 8.5-hour shifts rotating between day and night, Sunday to Thursday. Literacy and Numeracy and basic computer skills- experience in sidetech, rockwell or other automation software would be well regarded.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and a proactive attitude.Prior experience in a dairy / manufacturing environment.
