**The Role**
Responsible for operating all production equipment managing scrap and maintaining high productivity levels. Employees sustain a positive team environment, a focus on Safety, Quality Assurance, and Efficiency.
Compensation:
+ Wage: $24.41 an hour
+ Shift:
+ Day shift 5:45am – 2:00pm
+ Swing shift 1:45pm – 10:00pm
+ Graveyard shift 9:45pm – 6:00am
+ There will be a $.90 shift differential for 2nd & 3rd shift
**Training is completed on 1st shift.**
Job Duties:
+ Run efficient production lines, problem-solving to ensure products meet quality specifications, including checking product and equipment frequently, making immediate adjustments or changes to lines when needed.
+ Keep lines and production floor clean and free of debris and stocked for the incoming shift.
+ Consistently communicate problems or needs with supervisor and assistant supervisor and communicate with all team members.
+ Work closely with team members to be more efficient, troubleshooting problems and helping find new or better solutions, ask for help when needed.
+ Participate in and promote safety, quality, continuous improvement events and ideas.

**Requirements:**
+ High School diploma or GED preferred
+ One-year manufacturing experience preferred
+ Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills required
+ Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and computer entry
+ Must be able to work night shifts and weekends.
+ Annual incentive bonus can be as much as 21% of annual wages.

Provided is the pay rate for this position which is $24.41 per hour, plus 2nd and 3rd shift differential of $.90/hr. In addition to the hourly base pay rate, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount can be up to 7% of hourly rate based on company and individual performance measures. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
Additional Pay Incentives for This Role Include:
+ Shift Differentials (i.e. Hourly Rate plus 2nd & 3rd Shift Differential of $.90/ hr; Hourly Rate plus 3rd Shift Differential of $.90/ hr)
+ Standard Overtime (Hourly Rate * 1.5)

+ Weekend Shift Incentive (i.e. Standard Overtime)
