Salary:                                                   £26,663 plus 8.7% Shift Allowance (£28,982.68

Job summary – What to expect: 

As the Production Operator in our Solutions area, you will work as part of a team to carry out the safe production of solution materials to the current quality and quantity. Working within this fast paced manufacturing environment, you will be required to ‘gown up’, with no makeup, hair covered and appropriate footwear. 

 

This role is working on a 12-hour shift pattern which involves both standing and sitting tasks. 

 

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for: 

Resolving problems; communicating or escalating as required Maintaining optimum Solutions stock and supply workflow Disinfection of specific manufacturing equipment to prevent bioburden Equipment quality checks Ensuring batch testing of Solutions Communicating effectively with other departments and team members

About you:

We are looking for someone who has a good understanding of H&S, quality and regulatory procedures in the manufacturing environment, with good attention to detail and excellent communication skills. 

Experience & Education:

Required

Understanding of COSHH Quality conscious Excellent verbal and written communication skills Work effectively on your own with minimal supervision Team player mentality Problem solving skills Keen interest in continuous improvement

Preferred

Experience working on a production line Proficient in IT
