Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking Production Operators to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing team supporting the production of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, mechanical aptitude, and flexibility to work overtime as needed. **Job Title:** Production Operator **Location:** Croydon, PA **Pay Range:** $18.50 per hour **Hours:** 7am-7:30pm (Mon-Wed one week, Mon-Thursday the next week-rotating) OR 7pm-7:30am (Mon-Wed one week, Mon-Thursday the next week-rotating) **What's the Job?** + Set up and start all machines, checking all controls for adherence to procedures + Weigh ingredients to meet recipe specifications and insert into machinery + Monitor production and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
