**Job Title: Production Packer** **Job Description:** Candidates will be required to package various food products as well as complete basic sanitation duties. They will ensure the environment around them is clean and safe to operate within. They place packaged food products into boxes then put those boxes on a conveyor belt which will then start to palletize. **Responsibilities:** + Follow the Standard Operating Procedures. + Adhere to Food Safety and Quality (FSQ) guidelines for Good Manufacturing Procedures. + Maintain good housekeeping of the work area. **Essential Skills:** + Attention to detail. + Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. + Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, fractions). + Maintain a positive attitude. + Legible writing skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications:** + Experience in packaging, production, and general labor. + Ability to lift up to 25-50 pounds. + Inventory management skills. **Work Environment:** Shift times are as follows: 3rd shift: 11:00pm-7:00am M-F Adhere to GMP standards, including wearing a hair net, beard net, and non-slip or hard-toed shoes.
