**Job Title: Production Packer** **Job Description** Candidates will be required to package various food products. They will ensure that the environment around them is clean and safe to operate within. They will place the bottles of sauce into boxes, put those boxes on a conveyor belt, which will then start to palletize. **Responsibilities** + Follow the Standard Operating Procedures + Follow Food Safety and Quality (FSQ) guidelines for Good Manufacturing Procedures + Maintain good housekeeping of the work area **Essential Skills** + Attention to detail + Ability to follow written and verbal instructions + Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, fractions) + Maintain a positive attitude + Legible writing skills **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with packaging + Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) + Experience with inventory management + Ability to pick and pack products + General labor experience + Ability to lift 25-50 pounds + Math skills + Experience in production environments **Work Environment** Our updated shift times are as follows: 3rd shift: 11:00pm-7:00am M-F. The work environment requires adherence to GMP, including wearing a hair net, beard net, and nonslip or hard-toed shoes. If you are on the 3rd shift, you will also need to be comfortable working with chemicals, as you will be sanitizing for half of the shift. **Location** Stoughton, Wisconsin **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.13 - $25.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
