Production Planner
**Production Planner** The successful candidate will support and help lead the efforts of the Planning team in meeting business objectives and exceeding customer service expectations. This position will be responsible for building the short and long-term production plan for the facility that reflects the demand plan. To include planning production schedules, purchasing raw materials, ensuring raw materials arrive in time for production. Balancing working capital and customer fill rate to meet annual KPI’s. **Location:** This position is required to work onsite at our Irving, TX plant. **Responsibilities:** + Develop and maintain production-planning models, which include materials, resources, shift configurations, and the like. + Establish a balanced and achievable rolling master production schedule in SAP, analyze short/mid-range forecasts vs. capacities to identify and prevent service problems. + Monitor inventory alerts to identify potential inventory problems through all planning horizons and coordinate efforts to resolve + Maintain product and material availability within predetermined safety stock settings. + Communicate any issues related to stock availability to all appropriate parties. + Ensure product has desired freshness. Minimize “aged” inventory and product obsolescence. + Ensure that production and materials planning processes are consistent with Keurig Dr Pepper policies and procedures. + Performs other duties as requested by management. + Performs duties with a safety first approach + Ensures work areas are clean and organized at all times **Total Rewards:** + Compensation: This is an exempt, salaried position paid on a biweekly cycle.
