**Production Planner** Port of Catoosa, OK **Pay:** $60,000 Salary **Shift:** Day Shift (5am -3:30pm, or 6am - 4:30pm) **Responsibilities** + Plan, schedule, and coordinate department activities to fulfill sales orders and meet delivery dates. + Manage multiple tasks and priorities while adapting to changes. + Read and interpret blueprints or shop drawings/specifications. + Manage material to increase inventory turns and reduce levels on hand. + Manage department staffing and delegate daily tasks. + Conduct weekly safety meetings within the department. + Plan daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly productions to meet completion dates. + Oversee the flow of materials, parts, and assemblies within or between departments while working with production/shipping and receiving. + Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inventory counts, maintaining accuracy and accountability. + Schedule and arrange in-plant transfer of products to meet production goals/schedules. + Coordinate 5S activities among the team on a daily basis. **Essential Skills** + Prior management experience in a warehouse setting. + Ability to read blueprints or shop drawings/specifications. + Experience in inventory control and warehouse operations. + Proficiency with SAP or similar inventory management systems. + Ability to lift 50 pounds. + Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks. **Why Work Here?** We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 4.5% 401k match, and generous paid time off.
