Production planner Requisition ID: 41642 Job Location(s): Haiyan, CN **Job Description** The planner’s role is to proactively satisfy internal & external customer demand in an efficient and timely manner. The planner’s main focus should be on the future, taking control of the orders to be executed, while monitoring the forecast and order activity over the planning horizon. Planners are responsible for setting up a realistic production plan based on the inputs and outputs of the forecast, supply chain, and execution capabilities, & then communicating that plan to all stakeholders. **Job Responsibilities** Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. + Participation in monthly Pre-Sales and Operations Planning sessions + Managing and correcting forecasting consumption errors + As necessary, allocation management for capacity constrained manufacturing resources + Order management according to Customer requirement, fulfillment model strategies, operational capacity/flexibility and raw material availability to achieve stretched targets on OTD, DOI + Work with operations to continuously improve lead-time capabilities + Closely communication with CSR and buyer to well plan the supply chain pipeline + Regula define and review safety stock plan + Monthly Inventory exception analysis &improve actions + Ensuring that SAP Parameters are defined to support the Inventory Targets + Managing the flow of materials to ensure compliance to Inventory Levels + Establish Supply Chain material flows for Danfoss PS manufacturing localization projects + Defining and Implementing Communication Media for assigned CSR and Operation + Define and implement STO/Production order related parameters + Releasing required STO, Production Order + Managing Exception Reporting to ensure that the flow of materials is in line with Customer order required + Delivery performance communication for stockholder + Responsible for establishing and managing implementation dates of required engineering design changes + Communicate implementation schedules and changes with all impacted organizational parities - External & Internal + Create implementation schedule for assigned product lines **Background & Skills** The ideal candidate possesses these skills. + Bachelor’s degree in supply chain & Operations Management or related field is required. + 3-5 years' related working experience. + Passionate about learning and to continuously improve skills. + Organized and process oriented. + Professional and outstanding communication skills in all aspects and situations especially, when dealing with customers, suppliers and co-workers. **Employee Benefits** We are excited to offer you the following benefits with your employment: + Bonus system + Paid vacation + Flexible working hours + Possibility to work remotely + Pension plan + Personal insurance + Communication package + Opportunity to join Employee Resource Groups + State of the art virtual work environment + Employee Referral Program This list does not promise or guarantee any particular benefit or specific action.
