Your mission, roles and responsibilities

The main missions of the role are:主要工作目的：
o    Control the internal flow from receipt to shipping within plant.
控制从原材料收货到生产供给到成品发运的内部流程
o    Customer contact and production plan.
客户联络，生产计划
Essential responsibilities and duties:基本职责
       
Release Production Planner
制定生产计划

o    Accept order and forecast from customer and analyse customer demand, host MPS meeting.
接受客户订单，分析客户需求，主持S&OP会议。
o    Release production plan of MPS, host MPS meeting.
制定生产计划MPS，主持生产周例会。
o    Check and update SAP relative data, and ensure its accuracy.
检查和更新SAP相关数据，SAP权限为生产计划权限。

Inventory Control
库存控制

o    Follow FG out bond and production plan coherence.
跟踪成品出库及生产计划的达成情况。
o    Ensure 100% on time delivery.
确保客户的100%准时化交付。
o    Ensure SEMI FG, and FG inventory.
负责成品半成品库存水平。

Supplier Management
供应商管理
o    Ensure FG transportation forwarder communication and adjustment. ensure painting parts’ arrival on time.
负责提供泳漆供应商的泳漆需求，确保漆后件及时到货。

KPI Monitor
KPI指标监控
o    Monitor TPA and levelling board
负责TPA和levelling board的监控。
o    Interface for PC&L dept. to UAP, interface to customer.
物流部对生产部的接口，物流部对客户的接口。
o    Normal use MIP and Ensure KPI 100%.
MIP正常使用及确保KPI指标。
Others
其它
o    Complete other affairs assigned by the leader temporarily. 
完成领导临时交代的其他事务；
o    Keep confidential with all the information of the business activities of the company , (except the requirements of relevant institutions) and strictly confidential with all information defined in the contract. 
对与合资公司的业务活动有关的所有信息严加保密（但中国有关机构要求的除外），并对合资合同中定义的所有机密严加保密；
o    To comply with the Abide by Employee Handbook, CoE, CoM of Faurecia , Form of Declaration of Interests and code of conduct and company rules and regulations.
遵守公司《员工手册》、《道德规范》、《管理规范》、《利益（冲突）声明表格》和行为准则及公司规章制度中的规定；
o    Comply with IATF16949, ISO45001&14001, Group FES (Faurecia Excellence System), customer requirements and company regulations. Responsible for quality, health/safety/environment activities within this position.
遵守IATF16949、ISO45001&14001、集团FES（佛吉亚卓越体系）及顾客相关要求及公司管理规章制度。对本岗位范围内的质量、健康/安全/环境工作负责。
 

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Qualifications 任职资格
The ideal candidate will have/be 理想候选人具备：
o    Minimum education level: Bachelor Degree in logistics management Administration .
最低学历水平：本科学历及以上，物流管理专业优先；
o       Over two years production planning experience in manufacturing environment
2年制造业生产计划工作经验
o    Language:  Good English skill in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. 
语言：具备良好的英语听说读写的能力。

Skills and competencies 技能和能力：
o    Practical SAP system operation experience and good planning concept, QAD is prefer 
SPA应用经验,逻辑思维,QAD使用经验优先
o    Good communication skill and aggressive working attitude.
良好的沟通技巧及正面的工作态度
o    Drive, commitment and energy, good communication skills and convince.
积极主动,工作负责,具有很强的沟通能力;
o    Strong office soft ware, especially in excel.
熟练应用常见办公软件，尤其是excel。
