What You’ll Get to Do:

Coordinate “forecast and build at risk” meetings to drive the discussion and data collection needed to independently analyze, distill and communicate order and forecast information to accurately drive the material procurement within Product SolutionsOwn the processing of production work orders from 'cradle to graduation' in support of the delivery of the final goods to CACI customersAnalyze unique supply & demand needs to derive the appropriate material availability datesCoordinate the weekly review of the MRP tool based on forecast and ordersGenerate the appropriate job requests to support the production scheduleMonitor the status of the WIP sub-assembly inventoryManage order specific data and life-cycles within the Order Management SystemPresent, solicit, and assess feedback on the various forecasts from Management TeamCoordinate expedited order requests and unplanned demandWork closely with Production to ensure production delays are identified and action plans are implemented


 

Skills and Knowledge:

Strong team collaboration and analytical skills with ability to execute and follow-through on tasks to completionSolid understanding of ERP and MRP system functionality and its application for materials planning and controlSuperior organization skills, accuracy, attention to detail and a high degree of initiativeStrong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Outlook, Teams and WordStrong oral communication including the ability to express ideas and information and facilitate an open exchange of ideasDemonstrated problem solving to include the ability to identify and analyze problems; use sound reasoning to arrive at conclusions; find alternative solutions to complex problems; distinguish between relevant and irrelevant information to make logical judgmentsSolid written communication skills with the ability to express facts and ideas in writing in a succinct and organized mannerRequires a high degree of independent thought and decision makingDemonstrated flexibility and results-orientated approach to handling daily tasks to completion


 

Minimum Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years related experience in a manufacturing environment or related technical discipline with an equivalent combination of skills, education and experienceFive years of experience in Master Production scheduling or equivalent with emphasis on Oracle or similar MRP environment


 

Preferred Skills

APICS or other supply chain certification

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$53,200 - $111,600
