Planning & Control, the sub-area of Supply Chain Management team focused on optimizing the entire production system, is looking for a result-oriented experienced Production Planner (m/f/d) with a strong focus on production program planning , material requirements , scheduling and capacity planning , punctual order release and order monitoring to support robust High-Volume manufacturing in a rapidly growing and dynamic business environment.

Key responsibilities:

Lead, plan and control an integrative end-to-end operational plan to meet customer needs while meeting operational excellence targetsIntegrate all executional activities (manufacturing, material, R&D) while optimizing teams’ resourcesLead projects and build BI infrastructures to improve working processes.Improve line performance to meet inventory targetsWork with SAP and other internal organizational information systemsManage deadlines based on project expectationsWork and lead in a cross functional environment with multiple interfaces (local and global; R&D, supply chain & manufacturing)Solve complex problems and critical situations with other functions to ensure plan execution

Desired skills:

Industrial engineer or comparable training (in supply chain management areas) with at least 4 years of professional experienceFamiliar with forecasting, inventory management, material management & material mitigationCustomer orientation with the ability to influence and motivate internal and external interfaces with no authorityVery good analytical skills, sharp & fast thinkingGood verbal skills, ability to present and communicate key messages to management forumsAbility to manage long term tasks in addition to the daily executionSound knowledge of SAP or other ERP systemFluency in German and English
