This position is located in our Huntsville, AL office with work performed at client site in Marshall Space Flight Center; Huntsville, AL; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable. **Your future duties and responsibilities:** • Support the project manager with schedule inputs and integration across the Program Office, reviewing and delivering weekly and monthly documentation (e.g., Weekly Notes to HQ and MSFC, weekly charts for staff meetings, Monthly Program Review, HEDO Office Monthly Review, Monthly Baseline Performance Review to MSFC and NASA HQ, Monthly Risk Management and Program Control Boards. • Support the project manager with schedule coordination and integration across the Gateway Program (including interfacing with NASA HQ) and support development of presentations for MSFC and NASA HQ management, to include Annual Program Performance Review, Annual Project Review, Annual Planning Programming Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) Review, Project Kickoff Reviews, Program Overview Briefings, and NASA HQ Executive Program Management Councils. • Develop comprehensive program/project schedules using MS Project through logic development and/or evaluation of logic networks, WBS, and WBS dictionaries. • Gather and input status/forecast changes to project schedules. • Conduct “what-if” scenario analysis, risk mitigations and work-around planning to provide project management with resource and schedule projections. • Analyze budget and resource requirements form programs/projects in order to assure cost and schedule compatibility. • Provide 30- and 60-day look-ahead of upcoming events and deliverables. • Participate in project performance assessments in the analysis of cost and schedule variances. • Develop and maintain a "one page" summary schedule for management. • Develop and maintain a Habitation Development Office project IMS and analysis schedule. **Required qualifications to be successful in this role:** • Candidates must possess a BS/BA • 17 years of applicable experience (12 years in Aerospace/Research and Development) • Experience performing probabilistic schedule risk analysis and schedule health analysis. • Experience using Milestones Professional and schedule risk tools (Full Monte, Acumen Fuse, etc.). • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc. • Extensive experience using commercial schedule management tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera. • Experience with implementation and management of integrated scheduling tools. • Basic understanding of EIA-748 standard earned value management (EVM) principles. Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required: • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or other related certifications desirable • Membership with the Project Management Institute (PMI) and/or the College of Performance Management (CPM) a plus. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and license and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $99,200.00 - $173,500.00.
