Forming part of the Biotechnology segment at Danaher, we bring together dedicated technical expertise and talent to develop the next generation of life-changing therapeutics. This position is part of the Supply Chain Management department located in Pensacola, FL and will be Onsite. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery. What you'll do + Create production plans based on customer demand to meet OTD target while managing production plans and defining optimal levels of Finished Goods safety stock. + Collaborate cross functionally with quality, operations, safety as needed and lead/support supply chain project initiatives. + Utilize continuous improvement methodology to identify and execute projects to reduce inventory and maximize benefit to the site. + Develop the planning process by applying continuous improvement methods to ensure accurate MRP data (lead times, ROP, SS) for all raw materials in SAP and in Kanban are maintained. + Produce daily reports for key critical areas highlighting the level of control and escalating issues appropriately. Who you are: + Bachelor's degree with 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing, preferably in a life science, healthcare or pharmaceutical environment. + Proven experience in SAP, Oracle and similar systems. + Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with managers, coworkers, and vendors. + Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement methodology and ability to drive results through execution. #LI-MR1 Join our winning team today.
