Position Description:
We are seeking a Senior Production Planner to drive end-to-end production planning excellence through advanced supply chain technology and optimized workflows. This role will oversee master production scheduling, material requirements planning, and inventory optimization. The Senior Production Planner will collaborate cross-functionally to streamline processes, enhance planning capabilities, and align production plans with business objectives.

Core Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain the master production schedule and material requirements plan based on demand forecasts and production capacity.
* Collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, and logistics to ensure executable supply plans.
* Manage inventory levels and replenishment strategies to optimize working capital.
* Participate in the S&OP process to align supply plans with business objectives.
* Identify and resolve supply-demand gaps through scenario planning and adjustments.
* Leverage data and analytics to generate optimized supply plans.
* Monitor supply plan performance using KPIs such as schedule adherence and inventory turns.
* Drive process improvements and communication across cross-functional teams.
* Support new product introduction projects by incorporating supply planning requirements.

Required Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in production planning, supply chain, or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of advanced planning strategies and replenishment processes.
* Proficient in supply chain management tools and technologies.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience leading cross-functional projects.
* Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
* Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Kinaxis Certified Author or Advanced User certification.
* Lean/Six Sigma process improvement experience.
* APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
* Knowledge of emerging technologies in supply chain (e.g., IoT, machine learning).
* Master's degree in supply chain management or industrial engineering.
