Job Title: Production Planning Associate (Supply Chain)
Location: Riviera Beach, Florida
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
Type: Contract Up 1 year
Salary: Up to $45/hour
Must-Haves:
+ Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline, preferably in Operations or Supply Chain Management, or equivalent work experience.
+ At least one year of experience in an operations field.
+ Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, etc.).
+ 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing setup (any industry preferred).
+ Basic knowledge of inventory management and production planning.
+ Strong analytical skills.
+ SAP knowledge preferred.
+ Ideal candidates have a background in BBA, Mathematics, or related fields.
Responsibilities:
The Production Planner will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring production activities for assigned products, as well as managing the flow of goods between Henkel facilities in North America.
The purpose of this role is to optimize manufacturing schedules and finished goods movement to:
+ Ensure outstanding customer service.
+ Meet Net Working Capital goals.
+ Maximize distribution center space utilization.
The Production Planning Associate will also oversee replenishment responsibilities for selected suppliers/production, as assigned by the Production Planning Supervisor.
Essential Duties:
+ Schedule production based on plan and customer requirements for assigned products.
+ Plan and execute purchase orders for assigned suppliers/production.
+ Analyze and report plant performance against scheduling requirements.
+ Plan and execute transfer orders between assigned warehouses.
+ Periodically rebalance inventory across the supply chain.
