Job Description: The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a Production Planning Manager (m/f/*) in Hilden, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: + Leading our planning processes which include S&Ops, Capacity Management Reviews and daily schedules + Determining the key barriers to consistently operate above our service and inventory targets and who is needed to resolve. + Supporting the team ensuring they have the tools an understand the priorities to achieve our objectives + Communicating with key stakeholders so that everyone has a clear understanding of the barriers to and when they will be resolved to enable success. + Collaborating with the plant leadership team to ensure that planning is optimized for service and balanced to deliver cost with the right amount of working capital + Promoting a culture of ownership and teamwork where people come together to solve the cross functional issues standing in our way. Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements: + Key skills (Strong Planning Background, Ownership, Leadership) + Bachelor's degree in supply chain or engineering + Experience with working in planning or another technical role with people leadership responsibilities Additional knowledge / nice-to-have skills / preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: + Experience with AI + Additional Skills (Lean and Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement) + Personal Attributes (Coachable, Open mindset, CI mindset) Job specifics: + Travel expectations (May include up to 10% travel in EMEA + Working pattern (full time) Does this opportunity and our innovative 3M culture align with your career aspirations?
