Key Responsibilities OA confirmation Based on sales orders, forecasts and stock demand to arrange the MPS Short term(monthly), middle term(quarterly) production capacity and material plan Balances manufacturing capacity and production schedule with customer demands Co-work with other department to ensure product delivery, quality and cost. Tracks, communicates, and supports key metrics to achieve product team goals and objectives. Evaluate impact of delivery and capacity by abnormal situation. Monthly S&OP active Annual manpower and equipment capacity plan Experiences/Education - Required Bachelor’s Degree (IE, Business… related) Minimum 3 years planning experience Required Skills Fundamental understanding of production management Cross functional communication Capacity and material planning Outsourcing capacity plan and production management
