**Adecco Staffing is working with one of the America’s few remaining, family-owned smokehouses to fill multiple positions on 1st shift! These are temp-hire positions.** **Pay Rate:** + Bacon Cooker $17.00/hour + Meat Processor $17/hour + Packagers $17/hour **Hours** : + 1st Shift: Monday through Friday from 7:00am – 5:30pm **Job Overview:** These positions will perform various tasks to ensure safe actions, environmental compliance, and quality production in a Good Manufacturing Practice food-grade operation. All in compliance with the standards of wholesomeness, hygiene, health & safety at work. . **Position Requirements:** + Able to work in a 60ish degree environment + Wear bump cap, safety boots and gloves at all times + Entering information into tablet + High School Diploma or GED + Follow and promote safe work practices **Duties and Responsibilities:** + Lift a 35lb Lug every hour to hour and a half. + Scoop bacon from the lug onto the cooker + Ensure that the line is running correctly in between scooping to avoid jamming. + Learn the proper storage of cooked and raw bacon. + Enter information into tablet + Other duties as assigned by Supervisor **If you are interested in this position or others available, please apply with an updated resume or call Deb Biathrow at 802-417-4262!** **Pay Details:** $17.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
