Production Process Analysis Trainee

POSITION OBJECTIVE

Give support to the engineers in the analysis for all the lines to complement the Enablon assessment

Evaluate the space in all the production lines to find the best fit for the current projects and define the aisle for access to the main conveyors (H&S improvement)


YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Revision of the Lay out for every Line
Update the current distributions in the areas
Proposal of access in every line
Validation of the proposal with Production and H&S area.
Give support to the engineers in ergonomic analysis
Creation of information for Enablon platform
Support to the engineers for risk classification in every operation of the lines 
Creation of reports and Monthly follow up with H&S, engineering and Manufacturing

Education:

·         Ingeniero Industrial o Similar

Language:

●         Fluent in Spanish written and verbal.

●         English written and verbal (Min: 80%).

●         Knowledge of French or German is an advantage
