Job Description

We are seeking General Production Operators with or without food machine operating experience. Candidates with computer skills who can be trained are welcome. The role requires the ability to read manuals, enter data into spreadsheets, and be detail-oriented.

Work Environment

This role is based in a food production facility that is warm due to large ovens and can be loud due to machinery. The facility does not have bus route access. Candidates will work on their feet for 8-10 hours a day and may lift upwards of 35 lbs. The position follows a rotating shift schedule with day shifts from 6am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, with specific days off varying by week. Clean hygiene standards must be maintained, including no facial hair, nail polish, fake nails, piercings, or strong scents.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tacoma, Washington.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.50
